Are kids allowed?
Unfortunately, we are only having children of direct family and on a case-by-case basis. We highly recommend getting childcare so you can thoroughly enjoy the weekend. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! Please adhere to the black-tie optional dress code. No casual wear. We want everyone to look and feel their best! Go all out, dress to the nines, pretend it's a movie premiere. Be YOU and have fun!
Can I bring a plus one?
Only if indicated on your RSVP.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in a lush garden setting. The reception will be indoors.
Where should we stay?
Nashville is home to a wide variety of places to stay. Whether that be a 5 star hotel downtown, or a quaint bed & breakfast, AirBNB, VRBO and everything in between. It depends on what suits you! See the Travel tab for more options.
The venue is about 25 minutes from Downtown Nashville. If you're looking to stay closer to the venue, we suggest looking near Old Hickory, Hermitage or Hendersonville.
Please reach out to Jack or Ryel directly if you have any questions about lodging!
What is the weather like in the area?
One of the reasons we love Nashville is because it stays warm well into the fall seasons, however, we do get surprise rainstorms. Historically, October weather is in the 70's - 80's but will drop to 30's or 40's at night, so please dress accordingly. (the reception will be indoors)
Can food allergies be accommodated?
We got you! Please let us know ASAP and we can make sure you are taken care of!
Will there be an open bar?
DUH.
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
October 15- Welcome Drinks! Location TBD (Optional); October 16 - Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner for wedding party. For those not in the wedding party, go enjoy Nashville! We'll have a spot for everyone to meet up for drinks post rehearsal dinner ; October 17 - Wedding Day!; October 18 - Jack and Ryel are hosting a backyard pool party & BBQ (weather permitting for the pool) at their home in White House, TN (Optional). More info to come!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer, so please kindly refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. All other times, please take all the photos you want!
Is there a wedding hashtag?
#RyelhittheJackpot
